Our nutrition expert, Dr. Panchali Moitra holds a Masters degree in Foods and Nutrition from Delhi University and a Doctor’s degree in Alternative Medicine. With over a decade old experience of diet counselling, she has assisted many to achieve their dream weights and health goals at her JUST HEALTH clinics across Mumbai. She held a senior consulting position with a Mumbai based wellness organization, Anjali Mukerjee Health Total till recently and has even worked with multinationals like Nestle and Kellogg's India ltd. Dr. Moitra writes featured articles for magazines like Woman’s Era and Family and has conducted health workshops for Mumbai Traffic Police, National level gymnasts, private organizations and corporate houses.

During my decade old practice, I have seen how eating healthy foods (or not-so-healthy foods) impacted the patients' well-being every day. Eating for most people is one of life’s great pleasures; however the foods that we choose to include in our diets are extremely important for health reasons .Our busy hectic lifestyles, never ending social commitments and demanding work pressures make it difficult to take care of ourselves, the way we hope to be!!

What if you had a healthy meal waiting for you at work? What if you had an access to a nutrient dense, calorie counted, low fat meal all planned out for you by a nutritionist during a day’s hard work? Would you then be able to stick to a healthier lifestyle? Would that mean less of pav bhajis, burgers and biryanis or stopping for that guilt inducing fattening fast food? Do you think it would help you to reduce weight, work more efficiently and also keep diseases at bay?



I am glad that diet delivery has taken the initiative to bridge the gap by providing a convenient way to take good care of the waistlines and also the overall health without the hassles of meal planning, shopping and cooking. The meals are specially designed by me to help people on a regular plan of better food habits as per their convenience and taste preferences. Unfortunately, there is no magic diet pill that would enable us to eat whatever and whenever we want and still keep a great figure.

It all comes down to good healthy eating habits. And my humble advice to all the health aspirants would be to make the right choices, ask for what you need, and balance the meals eaten out with healthy meals at home and work.
