Diet Delivery is a lunch service provided to its subscribers at their door step within the city of Mumbai, India. |

DIET DELIVERY will deliver lunch to all such areas in and around Mumbai, subject to its delivery service is active in a specific area. (This is decided on a minimum number of lunch orders from a territory) |
|
|
|
 |
The DIET DELIVERY executive or customer care executive or the DIET DELIVERY website will provide this information on DIET DELIVERY current delivery locations. |
|
|
|
 |
DIET DELIVERY can be subscribed through placing confirmed orders on a 10 days/monthly basis either through cheque or cash payments only. |
|
|
|
 |
Any interested DIET DELIVERY subscriber must fill in the specific DIET DELIVERY meal order form, sign it and authorize the DIET DELIVERY to collect payment from you. |
|
|
|
 |
All payments will be made only to the authorized DIET DELIVERY personnel only. |
|
|
|
 |
DIET DELIVERY authorized personnel will carry his/her ID card and will issue valid cash receipt for all payments. |
|
|
|
 |
Any payments made to any unauthorized person or cash payments made without valid DIET DELIVERY receipts will not be entertained. |
|
|
|
 |
All processed orders will be confirmed to you either through an email or through a direct delivery of DIET DELIVERY card, which will mention the DIET DELIVERY food order number and customer ID. |
|
|
 |
DIET DELIVERY will be delivered to your stated location as per your food order and no change in location is possible unless such change is notified through customer care centre five days prior to the need of any delivery location change, subject to DIET DELIVERY service is available in the changed location. For all and any such request you must collect a reference number from the customer care executive. |

Any changes and amendments on DIET DELIVERY order/complaints/changes etc. if any from any DIET DELIVERY subscriber is to be done through customer care centre only and no correspondences or verbal communication to any delivery boy or other DIET DELIVERY executive will not be valid. |

 |
Any quality issue or suggestion for improvement in service if any may please be informed to customer care centre. |

|
 |
DIET DELIVERY will not give any refund of payments under any circumstances for orders already placed and money paid. However an order may be cancelled for any given month and the same is rescheduled to another month by paying the additional cost if any for that month's food. |
|

 |
DIET DELIVERY will not be held responsible for any health conditions or illness that a subscriber may face whether during or post subscribing and consuming the DIET DELIVERY food, as its impossible to arrive at a conclusion of the cause for any such issues. |
|

 |
DIET DELIVERY will at all point in time will ensure highest quality in raw material used, cleaning, cooking, packing and delivering the food, however food being a perishable item if any damage occurs and the subscriber faces any health condition or illness due to the same or other complications, DIET DELIVERY will not be held responsible for the same under any circumstances. |

All DIET DELIVERY delivery will be made at your door step, however in case of security or for any other reason the delivery person can not reach you in person; you must authorize the delivery of DIET DELIVERY either at the security desk or entrance with any other representative of yours. Any complaints with regard to non delivery in such cases will not be entertained under any circumstances and it will be your sole responsibility. However the DIET DELIVERY delivery person will strive his best to ensure the delivery to you safely at all point in time and you may notify any deficiency in service to the customer care centre with an eye on improving service that is provided to you. |

The DIET DELIVERY food will be delivered to you between 12 noon to 1.30 pm daily only. However due to traffic, weather or irreparable vehicle break down or due to any other law and order conditions if there is a delay or non delivery of food the company will not be held responsible for the same and it will be counted as food delivered. |

DIET DELIVERY will strive its best to avoid any such problems mentioned in point 23 above, however if such a thing happens, which is beyond the control of DIET DELIVERY management. |
|
|
 |
If DIET DELIVERY food is delivered late or if any other issues pertaining to the quality if service or food, must be brought to the notice of customer care centre, immediately. |

|
 |
